Due to recent expansion we are looking for an Operations Manager to come and join the team.

The role is primarily supporting the owner with stewardship and grants but also being a team player and happy to do general farm work such as spraying and livestock as well as checking crops and maintaining grain store records.

A knowledge of mapping is useful, including yields and gross margins. We have recently moved to Omnia from gatekeeper for which training will be given - we use Agriwebb for livestock records and up to date John Deere Green Star technology on tractors.

The candidate must be prepared to work across the three sites. We would expect at this level the candidate to have most relevant qualifications but training will be given if needed.
