Family farm in North Essex seeking a full-time farm operator to assist on our 1350 acre diversified arable farm. The successful candidate will be involved with the production of cereals and pumpkins, but will also be required to assist with our diversified activities which include commercial lettings.

Jobs will include but are not limited to:

• Fertilising


• Cultivations


• Relief spraying


• Machinery and property maintenance


• Assisting with pumpkin harvest operating telehandlers and/or tractors

The successful candidate will:

• Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude


• Have the ability to work on their own or as part of a team


• Have previous experience operating modern farm machinery


• Have high levels of attention to detail and take pride in their work

The ideal candidate will have the following, but we are more than happy to provide training to the right person:

• Telehandler ticket


• PA1/PA2 and have experience of spraying and fertilising


• Have experience ploughing
