We are a large farming operation based in Oxfordshire. Due to retirement, we have a vacancy to join our small professional team.

We are looking for a motivated, capable, and enthusiastic person to take on the role of farm operator. You will be utilising precision agriculture with up-to-date modern farm machinery within our CTF system. Main responsibilities will initially include but are not limited to:

• Drilling


• Grain store loading in/out


• Operation of 9620RX & JCB loaders


• Some cultivations


• Harvest work


• General farm and estate work

You will work alongside the existing team to ensure the aims of the business are met. Additional training and CPD will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a full clean driving licence.


• PA4 G & S would be an advantage.


• Telehandler certificate.


• Previous experience in a similar operator role is essential.
