Due to the expansion of the arable side of the business, this modern dairy farm, located just outside Bromyard, Herefordshire is looking to add an enthusiastic, self-motivated, experienced tractor driver to join the expanding team.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated, forward-thinking individual who wants to play a large part in this modern, progressive, forward thinking family business.

We are proud to farm over 1,200 acres which is largely maize, grassland and wheat, primarily to feed the dairy herd.

They will be working with well maintained, regularly serviced, modern machinery, with GPS.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their own personal tractor.

The successful candidate:

• A good understanding of basic machinery maintenance and a general knowledge of arable management


• Able to work independently and as part of a team


• Organised and proud of their work


• Must be a good representative of the farming business


• Basic understanding of dairy and TMR feeding a bonus, but not essential

Standard hours are 7.30am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday, working one weekend in 3, TMR feeding the dairy herd. However, hours will vary with the season.
