We milk over 3000 cows in Saudi Arabia, with 7000 animals in total, we are looking for a special person who can manage cows but more importantly can manage the people within our business, Im looking for a person who has been a herd manager for close to 10 years, and must have been in the same position for more than 5 years on a few occasions, working closely with myself/ the owners and our staff

Currently averaging over 13000 litres, calving interval of 379 and a 45 percent conception rate

Preferably looking for someone whos looking to take over my job within a few years
