An experienced tractor driver is required to join an existing team of 3 on an 2000ha arable farm. The role will include cultivations, drilling, spraying and grain store work. Knowledge of JD Greenstar, Vaderstad and Horsh equipment an advantage but not essential. The business is spread over 3 farms owned by the same family and is a part of a diverse estate in the Bourne Valley. The farm has a strong regenerative and conservation focus at the heart of its decision making.
