Position: Seasonal Harvest Tractor Operator

Location: Diss, Norfolk

Duration: May-November (can be flexible on end date)

Hours: Full time (potential for permanent role for the right person)

About Us:

We are a leading provider of fresh, outdoor grown herbs and salads. Supplying herbs in both bunches and loose format. Our farm prides itself on delivering high-quality produce, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Operate tractor and associated machinery safely and efficiently

- General farm cultivation's, drilling, topping etc.

- Assist with various aspects of the machine harvesting, adhering to specific guidelines

- General tasks associated with irrigating.

- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the fields and packing areas

-Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly

- Assisting with general farm tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Valid UK driving licence

-PA 1/2 would be advantageous but not essential

- Tractor experience

-Irrigation experience would be advantageous but not essential

- Ability to work long hours and weekends during peak harvest season

- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

- Must be reliable and punctual
