We are a sports turf & land drainage contractor based in Chichester, West Sussex.

We specialise in the construction & maintenance of sports pitches.

Our principle work consists of:

Re-levelling and draining existing sports pitches.

Installing drainage to sports pitches, polo fields, golf courses, equine, full pitch construction, cut & fill operations, levelling and seeding and agrictultural land drainage.

Main roles:

Sports pitch cultivations

Drainage operations (trenching & backfilling)

Arable field levelling

Sand spreading & loading

Laser levelling using GPS technology

Excavations & dump trailer work

Mowing & aeration

This role is extremely varied and requires an operator with a wealth of experience either from farming practices or sports construction. In depth further training will be given on all aspects of the role.

As a company we offer training to our employees. We will offer training for 360, dozer, dumper, and various H&S roles.

We also run a small arable farm and carry out agricultural land drainage operations.

The successful candidate should possess all of the skills listed below:

• Skilled tractor driver, confident in operating a wide range of tractors with trailed and 3 point linkage mounted machinery

• Team player with a sense of humour and a can do approach to work

• An eye for detail and very high standards

• Friendly customer service skills, as you will need to liaise and work with our customers and their staff

• Clean driving licence with the ability to tow a trailer & HGV would be desirable

Experience in surveying and laser levels would be advantageous as would someone who is physically fit and able to complete manual tasks on site.

Staying away from home, during the week in our busy periods, is a requirement to this role.
