We are a large arable operation based in Oxfordshire and are looking to recruit 4 operators for Harvest 2025.

You will be required to operate large modern machinery to a high standard within a complex CTF system. We run 2 x Lexion 8800's and a Horsch chaser bin.

Duties will include:

• Chaser bin operation using our JD8370R & Horsch Titan.


• Grain carting using JD tractors and Rolland trailers


• Some cultivations


• Day to day harvest jobs


• There will be work into the autumn as drilling progresses.

The candidates:

• Must have the motivation, capability, and willingness to work long hours at this busy time


• Loader certificate required


• A full driving licence is required


• Training will be given
