We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable person to join our small team on a coastal spring-calving dairy farm near Pembroke, in South West Wales.

We can tailor the responsibilities and requirements of the role to the suit the individual. Training can be provided to support development and progression. Attitude is more important than experience.

About the farm:

- 360 milking cows.

- Spring block calving.

- New Zealand style grazing system.

- Modern 24/48 swing over milking parlour with ACRs.

- Additional conservation grazing on military firing ranges.

- Small, friendly team.

- Modern machinery.

- Milking pattern evolves through the year to benefit work-life balance and no milking at all through January.

- Farm within Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, just one mile from the beach.

Responsibilities may include:

- Milking.

- Daily management of herd health and welfare.

- Various machinery-based tasks.

- Record keeping.

- Grazing management.

- Fencing.

- Managing young stock.

- And various other associated tasks.

Pay dependent upon experience. We offer very competitive rates of pay and bonuses this is regularly reviewed to support retention of great people.

Full UK driving and right to work in the UK are essential to this role.
