Combinable crops, grassland and diversification.

An exciting role for an enthusiastic capable and hardworking person.

Assisting the farm manager across all aspects of the business.

Undertaking spraying operations, grain store management, cultivations and other machinery tasks.

Machinery maintenance, estate maintenance, and involvement with biomass heating, and environmental schemes will be required.

A busy Estate Farm, looking to progress into the future. The candidate will be self motivated, as well as a team player.

The person will have formal agricultural qualifications and 5 years recent, relevant, arable combinable crops.

They will have a desire to achieve high standards with attention to detail.

The candidate will already hold general certification of PA1, PA2 and telehandler.

Preferably BASIS and FACTS qualified or have the ability to achieve this.

The candidate will also have a willingness to take responsibility and work on their own initiative.
