Then full time herdsman at edgehall in cheshire 6 years

Eventually working my way up to full herd manager of 3500 cows

Milking 2500 3x day through rotary.

Full day to day management of the cows

Especially focused on transition management and driving efficiency of the herd by simple systems done right.

Happy to manage Smaller herds.
