Worked for an estate for cereals harvest 2018 from June till October they are 2900 acres of arable land and in total 10000 acres I started out with doing Estate maintenance like fencing with clipex stock fencing and also post rail fencing for the horse paddocks helped with stewardship mob grazing plots setting up electric fencing by dividing fields into small plots. once harvest kicked or i was in charge or operating a john deere 6215r with ivt transmission I was in charge of moving the header from field to the next with a twin axle rear steer the header was 35ft for a new holland cr9.90 once I had got header of I would then go and get my trailer 12 tonne aw grain trailer After harvest I helped knock down stubble with a vaderstad carrier 820 once that was done I helped with rear discharge muck spreading with a Rolland spreader then used a 2 leg subsoiler for pulling compaction I also helped do a load of topping with a 5 meter spearhead topper. Just finished working for a 1000acre farm in east midlands doing the grain drying and then all the cultivation fertiliser spreading grain lorry loading and day to day workshop jobs
