Farming background

I have worked as a shepherd running 500 ewes and fattening lambs , head stockman of a college mixed farm with beef, pigs , sheep, poultry and goats .

I ran the livestock enterprise for a Prison farm in Kent. IT was farm to fork with our own butchery producing pigs , beef and lamb farm and currently working on a small dairy heard in wales, milking and tractor operations.
